At Cirdan Technologies, we want you to feel confident in your purchase of Atlas.

Because Atlas is a digital product, all sales are considered final. However, we do offer a limited refund window under specific conditions.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 10 days of purchase if:

  • You are unable to use the product due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve, or

  • You contact us within the 10-day window requesting a refund

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is made after 10 days from the purchase date

  • The product has been fully used as intended without any technical issues

  • The request is due to a change of mind after successful use

How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The email used for purchase

  • A brief explanation of your request

We will review all requests and respond within 2–3 business days.

License Revocation

If a refund is issued:

  • Your Atlas license will be immediately deactivated

  • Access to the software will be revoked

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted.
